HVAC Systems

The heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system at Met Square has been designed so that HVAC can be run outside of normal operating hours.

Building HVAC operating hours are:
• M-F, 8 AM-8 PM, except legal holidays, and upon Tenants request provided prior to 5 PM on the preceding Friday.
• Sat, 9 AM-6 PM, except legal holidays, upon request.
• For overtime HVAC on Sunday, Tenant must request prior to 5 PM on preceding Friday. For overtime HVAC on a legal holiday, Tenant must request prior to 5 PM on the preceding business day.
• For overtime HVAC on a regular business day, Tenant must request by 5 PM on that business day.

Please submit a Tenant Work Order to the Property Management office 48 hours in advance to arrange for extra HVAC service.

Appropriate charges will apply. Please contact the Property Management office for a schedule of rates.
