Building Service Requests

For your convenience, requests for service can be made on the tenant services website www.BPTenantServices.com. Upon move-in, you will be supplied a user name and password to access the site. Once in, you will follow a user-friendly menu-driven format to inform us of your request, typically referred to as a Tenant Work Order. However, for those without internet access, we ask that you contact the Property Manager's office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by phone (202) 559-8855 or that you send an email to a member of the Property Management team.

After receiving the request from the tenant, the Property Management office will prepare a Tenant Work Order on behalf of the tenant. The work order will be routed to the appropriate individual (building engineer/janitorial, etc.) for action. After completion of the task, the individual performing the work will comment on the actions taken and resubmit the work order to the Property Management office.

By transmitting all requests through the tenant services system, we are able to record the nature of each request, the time it was made and the time the request was fulfilled.
